I was very pleased with the service I received , I did not feel under pressure. The man who I think was Darren (sorry if this is the wrong name) who I spoke to on my drive was very pleasant. Jake was excellent, quickly identified the problem and sorted it there and then. Provided really useful advice as well. Highly recommended. The wider booking system which got Jake to us was let down by misleading (over-optimistic) advice about when he/ the service engineer would get to us.
